I was about to leave for a 200 mile trip home from the West Baden Resort and had a flat in my tire in the parking lot. There was a screw in my tire, and this was the closest place to go. I have a newer Toyota and they are now giving you a "tire repair kit" instead of a spare, which is basically a fancy fix-a-flat sealant.
I told them I used the Toyota fix-a-flat system and that I needed them to patch my tire. Made it really clear that the tire was full of that gunk.
Nail in a tire, pulled in, fast and fair repair. If I lived in Spring Valley, this would be my place.
My wife was stranded with a flat 2 blocks away during business hours and they said " they were too busy to help". I had to drive 45 miles to help her out, so we went to Dubois County Tire and they got us in and out quickly. I was very disappointed that they didn't have time to change a valve stem and help her.

Walked in and nobody was at the desk, but then eventually after about ten minutes a guy came up and asked if I needed any help.
They just patched the tire. Didn't take it off of the rim and clean out the sealant, rebalance, or anything besides patching. I made it about 10 miles out of town and the car was shaking like crazy. I went to a different tire place further North, and they showed me what the problem was.
Very disappointed. The other place I went to was very nice, Kemples Quick Lube, and they did a great job.
